Remedies are taken in pill form under the tongue or in droplet form, 20 minutes before or after eating or drinking.

Reactions to homeopathic medicine vary with individuals. The most recent symptoms should be the first to improve. Some people experience a clear improvement in their symptoms and general health straight away. Others may experience a short-term intensification of symptoms before improving. This is known as a homeopathic aggravation and takes place as the vitality of the body increases and healing activity is intensified. In addition old symptoms may also re-appear for a short time and then fade away indicating that the body is responding to the remedy.
